Services Provided: Atlas Surveying was hired by the Minto Communities to assist by providing boundary, topographic and tree surveys for the design of the various phases of the project including the Sales Center and Amenities Area. Thomas & Hutton Engineering is completing all design on the project. Atlas is also preparing the subdivision plats for various phases and setting all property monumentation. Atlas is working closely with Terry Lee Contracting for the layout of all roads, water, sewer and storm drainage systems with in the project including the completion of the Utility As-built Plans for the review and approval of the City and Water/Sewer Authority.
