Land South and Siteworks hired Atlas Surveying, Inc. to complete a Utility As-Built for Integra Flats. Our services included This project features luxury apartments, located on Edgewater Parkway, East of Fort Mill and south of Ballantyne. It is a 289-unit apartment with a plethora of lifestyle options on top of the amenities. Atlas Surveying, Inc. provided staking for clearing limits, retaining walls, curbing and clearing limits for Land South. We completed the following for the Sitework: Construction staking, utility as-built for water, sewer and storm, machine control and more.
