The Haven at Rivergate

Atlas Surveying provided construction staking services for Siteworks LLC, a licensed general contractor, in Charlotte, NC, for an apartment complex called The Haven at Rivergate. Work included verifying control, staking utility storm structures, sewer, water, the parking lots, access roads and as-builts. The project is being developed by South Tryon Apartments Associates. DPR Associates, Inc., provided civil engineering and landscape architecture. PDI Architecture was the architect for the project.

The Haven at Rivergate will include up to 400 apartment units over 41 acres in Steele Creek, NC, about 2 miles west of Carowinds amusement park. The apartments will be located behind the Rivergate shopping center on South Tryon Street. The site would connect to existing roads behind Rivergate, including Rivergate Parkway and Walker Branch Road, and would include connections to the Walker Branch Greenway.
