The Grove at Ardsley Park Apartments in Savannah, GA

Located in the Ardsley Park neighborhood of Savannah, Georgia, The Grove at Ardsley Park is a 156-unit apartment development consisting of new and renovated homes and townhomes. Originally constructed in 1947 to house veterans, the historic building has undergone multi-million-dollar interior and exterior renovations. New townhomes, a new leasing center were also added. Once completed, The Grove at Ardsley will provide a total of 186 new and renovated apartments. Unit amenities will include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring, while a new contemporary clubhouse and pool will be available to all residents. Its close proximity to both Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island makes it a preferred housing option.

Atlas Surveying’s Savannah/Hilton Head office was subcontracted by Omega Construction, the project’s General Contractor, to perform surveying services for the project.

Atlas verified control and sewer performed underground utility location. Hub and tack was provided for ten buildings and elevation certificates were provided eight buildings. Building corners, transformers, curb, and conduit lines were staked. A rough stake for the pool and pool deck were completed as well as foundation as-builts for six buildings.
