Lodges at Indian Land Brings More Housing Options to Fort Mill, SC

In February 2021, Charlotte-based developer, Northwood Ravin, purchased 38.4 acres on Fort Mill Highway in Indian Land, South Carolina, for $8.5 million.

The site will be the new home of The Lodges at Indian Land, a community of 217 residential units consisting of 74 garden apartments, 80 townhomes, and 63 cottage court homes.

Atlas Surveying’s Greenville office was subcontracted by Northwood Ravin to perform surveying services for future community.

Atlas performed a topographic survey using a combination of field procedures and drone LIDAR technology.

Caleb Troop of Capstone Land Sales commented that the “demand for quality, suburban multi-family development sites around Charlotte remains incredibly strong. This site checks a lot of boxes, with great proximity to large employers and retailers, quality nearby schools, strong income demographics, and tremendous access to the adjacent Ballantyne and Fort Mill submarkets.”

A completion date for The Lodges at Indian Land as not yet been announced.
