Fresh Market in Bluffton, SC
Vannoy Construction selected Atlas Surveying as the land surveyor for the construction of the new Fresh Market grocery store in Bluffton, SC. It will occupy about 20,000 square feet and anchor a new shopping center that will include a 35,000 square foot PGA Tour Superstore and a 55,000 square foot Hobby Location. The Greensboro, N.C.-based chain has a Hilton Head location on William Hilton Parkway and seven others in South Carolina. It has more than 160 stores across the U.S., according to its website. Atlas Surveying performed the building layout and as-built survey for CO.
