Devon Pointe: New Apartments & Townhomes in Goose Creek, SC

Over 30,000 people now reside in residential Goose Creek, South Carolina. A suburb of the Charleston-Summerville area, Goose Creek residents enjoy the charm of small-town life with the convenience of larger cities just minutes away.

A new community calling Goose Creek home is Devon Pointe Apartments and Townhomes. Devon Pointe offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with a clubhouse, pool, cardio fitness center, and various business amenities.

Atlas Surveying, Inc.’s Charleston office was subcontracted by B&B Associates of Virginia, Inc. to complete surveying services for the project. The first phase included hub and tack, staking building footers, foundation surveys, and under construction and final elevation certificates for nine buildings as well as the fitness center. Rough stake curb, finish grade curb, and final as-builts of all improvements were also provided. In the second phase, a boundary survey, as-built, and ALTA were completed.

Devon Pointe was completed in spring 2021 and is a popular new home option in the South Carolina low country.
