CLEMSON, S.C. – Lakeside Lodge Clemson, Clemson’s first luxury condo hotel, has broken ground and is now under construction. To date, Lakeside Lodge Clemson has sold more than 55 condominiums resulting in approximately $25 million in sales. “Selling more than 55 condos in under three month’s shows that the Clemson family is excited about this project,” said Leighton Cubbage, one of the developers. “There is nothing else like it and we believe that Lakeside Lodge will be the place to be on game day, lake day or any day! At Lakeside Lodge, you’ll find Clemson fans, alumni, parents and students alike enjoying the pool, grilling and heading out on the water. The project will feature 118 units with a mix of studio, 2- and 3-bedroom condos. Amenities include food/beverage service, pool/hot tub, walking paths, fire pit, football field, outdoor tailgating areas, a signature restaurant and fitness facilities. The condo hotel will offer modified hotel services so owners can enjoy time at their residence. Additionally, owners will have the option of generating income with the short-term rental program.

Atlas Surveying is working under contract to RL Grading for the layout of all site work, storm drainage, water system and wastewater system components as well as the preparation of as-built plans for the above. Atlas Surveying is also under contract with Sherman Construction for layout of the lodge building and various amenities.A 2019 completion is expected.
