Aventon Victory Apartments Comes to Savannah, Georgia

In December 2022, multifamily developer, Aventon Companies, announced their newest project, Aventon Victory in Savannah, Georgia. The community will be a four-story, 280-unit development, located near the intersection of Victory Drive and Harry Truman Parkway, just two miles from historic Downtown Savannah.

Spanning over 11 acres, Aventon Victory will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Amenities will include a clubroom with entertainment bar, billiards, and shuffleboard, fireplace, remote working lounge, and state-of-the-art fitness center. The resort-style pool with outdoor lounge and festival lawn will be centered by a large live oak tree. The pet-friendly community will also feature a pet spa and dog park.

Atlas Surveying’s Savannah/Hilton Head Island office was contracted by Gulf Stream Construction to perform surveying services for the project.

Atlas has set control on the site and staked limits of disturbance, silt fence, and tree protection. As the project progresses, GPS control, curb, storm, water, and sewer will be staked. As-builts for storm, pond, sewer, and water will be provided.

Aventon Victory’s buildings were designed by Watts Leaf Architects. Landscaping and hardscaping have been designed by Thomas & Hutton.

A completion date for Aventon Victory has not yet been announced.
