Atlas Surveying continues to participate in Bluffton's growth
Atlanta-based Jaz Development plans to transform a 10.6-acre site in Bluffton, SC at the corner of U.S. 278 and Trimblestone Road into a 98,500 square-foot shopping center, divided into three anchors and two out parcels totaling 15,800 square feet. Jaz Development president David Oliver said a grocery store will be the primary anchor and the other shops will be medium-sized, between 25,000 and 35,000 square feet. Atlas Surveying has been chosen by Atlanta based, Joe N. Guy, Inc. to survey the layout of the buildings.
