Amaze at NoDa Apartments Stand Out in Charlotte, NC

Charlotte, North Carolina’s northern region near Davidson Street (NoDa) has become a popular, contemporary arts district. Completed in 2020, Amaze at NoDa Apartment Homes is a 298-unit modern, urban complex. Amaze has become a popular housing option in NoDa due to its unique design and its proximity to downtown.

Amaze at NoDa offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom and studio apartments. All apartments include private patios and balconies with exquisite views of downtown Charlotte. Community amenities include a Sky Lounge with outdoor bar area, bike storage, fitness center, green space, cyber lounge, social courtyards with grills, bark park, and a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas and fire pits.

Atlas Surveying’s Charlotte office was subcontracted by Siteworks, LLC to perform surveying services for the project. Atlas verified control, set temporary benchmarks throughout the site, and set GPS control. Silt fence, limits of disturbance, cross-sections, storm, sewer, and water were staked. Staking for rough-grade buildings and temporary basins and finish-grade retaining walls, curbing, and sidewalks was also performed. Utility as-builts for storm, sewer, and water were provided, along with a machine control file.

Amaze at NoDa’s popularity continues to grow as Amaze provides a comfortable, neighborhood atmosphere in the midst of lively downtown Charlotte.
